Presentation:

Why are dry cocoa beans on the market nowadays expensive?

1. Limited offer:
    - It is possible that there is a shortage of cocoa beans in the market due to factors such as weather disturbances, planting problems or a decrease in harvest.
    - When supply is limited, prices will rise to balance demand and supply.

 2. Increased production costs:
    - The cost of raw materials, labour, transport and others may have increased, causing an increase in production costs for farmers or producers.
    - They had to raise the selling price to cover the cost increase.

 3. High demand:
    - If the demand for dry cocoa beans increases, either from the local market or export, the price will also increase.
    - This could be due to increased consumption or global demand for cocoa-based products.

 4. Weather and climate factors:
    - Climatic problems such as drought, flood or disease can affect the yield and supply of cocoa beans.
    - This lack of supply causes prices to be raised.
